BOYS RUGBY
Our pre-season begins next week when we will train Monday's, Wednesday's and Thursday's 3-5 pm through the month of February (off for Feb break), before our season begins in March and runs through middle June.

BOYS OUTDOOR TRACK
The first two weeks of practice will be tryout weeks. Remaining on the team for the rest of the season will be determined not by ability, but by dedication to coming to practice and working toward improving. Therefore, it is very important that you make every effort to start practicing on March 20 and remain consistent during the season.
Also, boys trying out for the Outdoor Track Team should be able to either attain one of the following standards in the technical events during the tryout period or be ranked in the top four on the team in a technical event:

Failure to meet these minimum standards simply means that you will not compete in these events and that to remain on the team you must compete in one or more of the following no standard events: 400, 800, 1600 or 3200 meter events.
These events have no standards and are open for everyone. However, it is strongly suggested that you should be able to achieve one of the following criteria during the first week of practice: One Mile Run: Seniors – 6:00, Juniors – 6:20, Sophomores – 6:40 and Freshmen – 7:00. OR – Three Mile Run: finish nonstop at any pace without walking.
Relay competitors will be selected as follows:
4 X 100 Relay from the 100, 200, 400 & 110HH competitors.
4 X 400 Relay from the 200, 400, 800 & 300HH competitors.
4 X 800 Relay from the 400, 800, 1600 & 3200 competitors.

Mandatory Team Informational Meeting
Wed. March 15 from 3:00-3:45pm at Staples, Room 186
Golfers should plan 3:15-5:45/6pm depending upon assigned tee times. Tryouts are rounds of 9 holes, at least 4 days between March 20-23 and March 27-30.
To prep for tryouts golfers should be practicing at indoor simulators, outdoor heated driving ranges, or outside (weather permitting).
Players need their own golf clubs, balls, etc. and should have golf experience.
